Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Designing the strategy, roadmap, processes, and feature definition for new and existing Business Solutions Portfolio including Mobility & Connectivity & Unified Communications, IOT, Cloud & Security, Apps and Managed Services
• Forecast sales, validate business case, analyse profit and loss (P&L) and ensure commercial rules are being followed.
• Ensure the project plan and delivery is completed on time
• Create and maintain solution catalogue, internal and end-user training programme, customer proposals and contract book.
• Manage the relationship and agreements with the Partners
• Proactively conduct industry based researches to identify market potentials for new products and vertical sales.
• Have a complete technical understanding of and ability to articulate and demonstrate our products and value proposition.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Have proven experience in successful delivery in Product Ownership (or equivalent role) across full product lifecycles,
• A certification in any of Project Management methodologies is a key advantage
• Very good presentation, analytical &intrapersonal skills
• In-depth understanding of Telecommunication technologies and high-level knowledge in other information technologies market.
• Be fully knowledgeable of company products and services as well as industry developments in order to secure company’s competitive advantage in the market.
• Analyse customer demands and present feasible integrated solutions.
• Native Albanian language & a very good command of written and spoken English is essential
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field
• Have a minimum of 4 years work experience in telecommunications or information technology industries.
