Description
To provide, guidance and to lead the Vodafone Shops and Point of Sales in the market to an outstanding performance in both quantitative and qualitative results by coaching, training and monitoring the target setting of each shop. Execute Regional strategy according to the plan and ensure excellence execution plan.
Job Responsibility
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Contribute to sales objectives, strategies and plans. Observe competitors and propose actions in order for the shops to remain flexible and competitive.
• Monitors the performance (both quantitative and qualitative) of all roles in the shop
• Promoting & developing customer satisfaction practices through commercial network of its region (NPS in all touch points in the respective region)
• Ensuring and controlling the application of all company’s policies and procedures by all employees
• Conducts in–shop training sessions, meetings and on- the- job trainings in order to achieve outstanding performance through regular visits to shops.
• Supervise and ensure the correct image of the point-of-sale displays in consumer premises
• Expand distribution by providing leads to distributors for new POS in areas that are not covered
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
• Sales experience in mobile and fixed market
• Strong managerial and communication skills (in cross-regional teams)
• Excellent negotiation skills and strong motivation skills
• Very good analytical and strategic skills
• Problem solving capability
• Be innovative, sharp, flexible, Team player, with drive and motivation, strong customer focus
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• University Degree in business or management related areas
• At least 2 years working experience in retail in such level
• Good Knowledge of mobile, fixed telephony and IT market
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good command of Albanian & English (spoken & written)
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Driving license
