Main Responsibilities
Villa 1 (Private Home Family):
Daily cleaning of two apartments: kitchen, bathroom, living room, and dining area
Daily cleaning of two kitchens
Daily cooking (preferably international or East Asian meals)
Weekly laundry and ironing (as needed)
Watering indoor and outdoor plants
General cleaning and tidying (dusting, mopping, sweeping, organizing)
Changing and washing bed sheets once a week
Grocery shopping from a nearby store several times a week
Villa 2 (Community Center & Airbnb):
Cooking for up to 30 people a few times a week (lunch or dinner)
Daily cleaning of the main kitchen
Cleaning communal areas and bathrooms
Preparing Airbnb rooms after checkout (cleaning, changing linens, setting up for next guests)
Café (Occasional pop-up at Vila 2):
Preparing tea, coffee, and simple drinks
Assisting in basic food preparation
Serving guests and customers
Cleaning cafe tables, dishes, and work area
Requirements:
English speaking (required)
Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality (preferred)
Ability to cook daily meals (international or East Asian dishes preferred)
Good organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and reliability
Ability to walk between villas (short distance)
Friendly and respectful attitude, especially around guests
Flexibility to complete all tasks daily (no fixed schedule; task-focused)
