Description
Manage and guarantee IT Application operations, system availability and performance monitoring
Job Responsibility
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Monitor production systems and services to ensure SLAs and other quality metrics are being met.
• Troubleshooting application errors and performance tuning.
• Provide technical support and problem resolution for applications and operating systems
• Work with product development teams to determine root cause of problems
• Create proactive /preventive maintenance proposals
• Release deployment execution and integrated planning
• Assist in testing phase on selected projects.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Extensive experience handling IT service operations for Telco charging, Rating, Billing, CRM Solutions, BI , Digital infrastructure, etc.
• Extensive experience in handling Incident & Problem Management
• Good knowledge of Linux, databases technologies, Java
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OpenStack etc)
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Hold a relevant degree on Computer Science, Engineering, or IT
• More than 3 years experience in the same role profile.
• Excellent knowledge of English (speaking and writing)
