Description
The role of Marketing Product Manager will originate the drive to increase market and revenue share of Vodafone Business Albania in the local market by understanding business customer needs and have clear insights connected to the segments needs in the local market. Effectively this role contributes in Vodafone Albania achieving its objectives on Business brand awareness, market share, NPS, revenue and profit.
Job Responsibility
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Prepares propositions, pricing and G2M of VB projects for each segment in line with commercial roadmap to support VB strategy.
• Coordinates with other departments on market research, pricing, profitability, implementation & training to drive sales.
• Capture insights on the market/customer needs and identify enhancements to current products’ features and functionalities.
• Have a deep knowledge and close monitoring of the competitor initiatives, execute actions to enhance competitiveness.
• Establishes marketing strategies and coordinates with Brand team to increase awareness of Vodafone Business brand and related products & services according to VF group guidelines.
• Propose new initiatives and actions on driving digital channels and increase customer engagement.
• Lead the harmonization, retirement and rationalization of legacy products within VB portfolio.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Knowledge of the telecommunications or information technologies market is required.
• Customer focused and driven to deliver engaging products with entrepreneurial attitude.
• Great commercial instincts & strong analytical skills;
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of Business segments
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• University degree in Economics /Business / Marketing
• A very good command of written and spoken English is essential
