• Delivering results;
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets as set by the company.
  Customer Satisfaction:
• Build customer loyalty through excellent customer experience;
• Promote Vodafone products and services according to commercial priorities;
• Take ownership on improving customer experience with the company (complains follow up);
• Implement company procedures and policies in a correct manner;
  Administration:
• Ensure correct archiving of documents and forms;
• Inform on any mal-functioning of all operations in shop.

[FONT=&quot]Core competencies, knowledge and experience:[/FONT]

• Education / Experience Business university degree preferred;
• Experience in sales.

[FONT=&quot]Specific Knowledge:[/FONT]

• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to explain all the information confidentiality and clearly;
• Ability to work within the target set;
• Demonstration of customer focus providing excellent customer service;
• Ability to perform within a group;
• Good command of Albanian language;
• English preferred;
• Good understanding and usage of new technologies and trends;
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office programs.

• Good understanding of the area;
• Understanding of the telecom business;
• Understanding of the telecom market and applications.
