Description

 The Post-paid Orders Administrator is responsible for ensuring orders and requests implementation end to end.
 This role is responsible to complete in timely and accurate manner all post-paid customer requests, focused on agreement implementation’ management, on IOT, E-business, Marketplace and Microsoft Office 365
 This role is responsible for performing agreement implementation reconciliations to ensure error minimization.
 This role is responsible to collaborate with all involved stakeholders in providing support on solving implementation issues to ensure excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities
 Handling Post-paid Customer Orders
 Delivers outstanding customer service.
 Produce and reports to TL daily report.
 Initiate and follow up improvements on process flows
Functional & Technical /skills:
 Mastery of customer relation management system, Office365.Marketplace etc.
 Agreement flow and implementation
 Answer questions related to service/ network/ technical/ commercial procedures, operations and possible problems and verify and authenticate Customer details.
 Ability to maintain interpersonal equilibrium, communicate effectively and professionally.
 Prepares tables, detailed total and response time reports, and other documentation.
 Accurate record keeping. ( contract, Requests and original documents, etc. )Continuous integration and continuous delivery methodologies and tools
 Active part of process automation in back office processes and flows, enhancement on Robots and CRM flows

Credentials & Experience:
 Requires previous experience to Business service support.
 Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills, both in Albanian and English.
 Very good team playing skills, very good ability to work independently.
 Very good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
 Ability & willing to learn new product, services, technologies, workflow, and system upgrades quickly and efficiently.
 Willingness to work flexible hours.
 University Degree required.
