The group is organized by geographical business unit, of which the CRIT business unit covers operations in 4 countries: Italy, Czech Republic, Albania and Slovakia.
The CRIT business unit is fast growing and is expected to more than double size over the next years. In conjunction with this growth trajectory, the group has decided to further invest in its finance team in Albania by creation a new position: Financial Controller.
Based in Tirana, this newly created position will report directly to CRIT Chief Finance Officer.
MAIN ROLE
The Financial Controller is accountable for all account management (preparation and analysis)
for Albania.
Core responsibility – Business Partnering Role
- Budget
- Responsible of the budget process and of the monthly rolling forecast
- Provides visibility to the Albania on the international accounts’ financials
- Local adm / Monthly accounts
- Accountable of the monthly revenue recognition (in coordination with the account / operation managers)
- Coordinate with the help of CRIT CFO the SSC (Share service center)
- Coordinate with the support of CRIT CFO the local audit
- Coordinate with the support of CRIT CFO the relation with external accounting
- Designs and support the production of monthly reporting dashboards
- Analyse monthly variances actuals vs budget vs Forecast. Support account / operations managers identifying root cause and in proposing remedy action plans
- Formalize findings and explanations in monthly reporting dashboards
- Financial communication to the shareholder
- Preparation of the Albania Monthly Business Review presentation
- Financial Efficiency & Support to commercial teams
- Provide support on commercial aspects (price calculation, price indexation, commercial repricing) and administrative aspects (central invoicing, etc…) on an ad-hoc basis
- Contribute to indirect cost monitoring and to action plans aiming to increase Albania financial performances
Ad-hoc analysis and project-based responsibilities
- Provide recommendations and continuously aim to improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Contribute (and leads depending on the project) to CRIT finance or operational projects (new tools if any, etc…). As short-term and key strategic priority for 2023, a new financial ERP shall be implemented in Albania. The Financial Controller will contribute to this project
- Lead and participate in the design of processes to reinforce the quality of the financial information
PROFILE & SKILLS
- More than 2 years professional experience as financial controller and/or as consultant/auditor in a BIG4.
- International experiences. Fluent English writing and speaking skills are required. Italian is considered a plus.
- Strong academic background. Graduated from Business School or University
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office (XL is your best friend!) and databases
- High attention to detail and accuracy. A well-structured and rigorous way of working
- People & Management. A strong appetite for working in an international environment and to communicate with people of other culture and of other areas of expertise (eg. operational and commercial people).
- Personal mindset and alignment with Webhelp culture. Strong ability to work in a team with good communication skills and positive spirit. Easy to work with attitude and approach. Pro-active and can-do attitude, willingness and ability to work under own initiative. Flexible individual, able to adapt to a quickly changing environment and drive continuous improvement.
